Families are forever...

I stepped into the opportunity to take portraits of a couple of families at a friend's family gathering on Saturday. It was chaotic and crazy and fun all at once. I had about 10-15 minutes with each group and discovered exactly how hard it is to get 3-5 people to all look in the same direction at the same time and smile. I have a new respect for the poor guy who always took our family photos; trying to get around 20 people to all look not horrible at the same time... he was a genius!
